I could say it was the flare up that prevented me from working out 1/2 the week, but I know it was other stuff. When I was stuck at home I ate more than I should have or needed to, because I was bored.

Yesterday, I was out all day with friends. Now, I ate relatively healthy, but really good food. We’re talking goat cheese and prosciutto. That stuff adds up, though. Then there were the drinks. Cucumber g&t’s, margaritas, sangria, beer, wine. Darn alcohol for being so caloric and metabolizing so inefficiently.

Upward and onward.
